Chaevia Clendinen’s responsibilities include developing professional development and skills-building programs that further the success of students seeking academic and non-academic careers, specifically students with unique needs. Clendinen earned her PhD from Princeton University and then as a staff member she mentored graduate students and designed programs to help graduate students acclimate to doctoral study, advance academically, and succeed in professional outcomes. After Princeton, she was an American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Science Foundation.
