Lisa Williams
Associate Dean, Finance and AdministrationLisa Williams provides strategic leadership and guidance on all aspects of financial resource management and staff workforce planning for the Division. In collaboration with the Division’s Local Business Center, she oversees financial assets, including annual budgeting and managing expenditures and compliance, and manages the allocation of reserves and use of divisional gifts and endowments. In collaboration with the Division’s HR team, she ensures staff adhere to university personnel policies and procedures and provides oversight of internal programs and policies; employee and labor relations management; performance management; and staff training and development. She works closely with colleagues across the institution with regard to university policies, procedures, and systems in a wide range of areas.
Williams is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Accountancy, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
