SSRC brings together a team of experienced professionals to help maximize research productivity, innovation, and vibrant intellectual exchange across the social sciences at UChicago.

Center Administration administers a number of Divisional funding opportunities; organizes events and provides resources on research methods, networking, and external funding; facilitates broader impacts initiatives; and manages the SSRC facility.

The Research Development Team works with researchers through the proposal development and submission process. The team can help identify funding opportunities and fellowships, work with faculty as they develop their research projects, advise on proposal development, provide samples of successful proposals, and help prepare application materials.

The Faculty Advisory Committee, representing departments across SSD, provides vision and guidance to SSRC to support our faculty's diverse needs and ambitious plans for research and public engagement.
