February 26, 2027
  • Deadline by which thesis students (MACSS-Econ and MAE RIT) must secure a primary thesis reader and submit an approved thesis proposal
    • All IRB Proposals must be submitted no later than 6-8 weeks before the start of your human subjects research


Spring Quarter 2027 (for June Graduation)

 

Mar 27 

  • Complete & submit Application for a Degree electronically on my.uchicago.edu
    • April 24 - final day to withdraw from graduation list without $65 penalty fee

April 30

  • Latest day to submit final thesis to IP and primary reader and/or preceptor

May 14

  • Primary reader and/or IP submit MA thesis evaluation form to Student Affairs Administrator, Emma Rubenstein at emrubenstein@uchicago.edu
  • All grades from prior quarters due at the Office of the Registrar

May 30

  • All grades from current quarter are due to the Office of the Registrar

Jun 5

  • Degree Conferred and Annual Convocation

 

Summer Quarter 2027 (for August Graduation)

 

Jun 19
