June Hou is the Senior Associate Director of Research Development for the Division of Social Sciences. This role leverages her experience in fundraising and building strategic partnerships as well as her academic background in the social sciences. Most recently, June worked at The Field Museum where she served as Corporate Major Gift Officer for three years, developing strategic partnerships and securing corporate sponsorships in support of the Museum's exhibitions, education and research programs. Prior to the Field, June worked for Easter Seals NY as the Director of Corporate Development where she oversaw corporate partnerships spanning New York, Vermont, and Connecticut.
June holds an M.A. in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a B.A. from the University of Rochester. She lives in the South Loop with her husband Mike.
