Interviewing
Interviews are conversations where questions are asked by hiring managers and answers are given by prospective hires. Typically, they are one-on-one conversations aimed at drawing out organizational and positional fit. Interviews can occur by phone, in-person, or virtually by utilizing Skype, Teams, Zoom or another web-based platform. Additionally, there are variations to the traditional one-on-one format that include group or panel interviews. There are also different approaches used to evaluate key competencies., including a variety of interview questions, formal assessments, and other skills evaluations.
