Effectively Communicating Complex Information
May 29, 2:00 PM - 11:59 PM
Many instructors (and academics more generally) struggle to convey complicated material to a general audience — whether in courses or research. This is a critical skill for both teaching and sharing new results. This targeted workshop will provide attendees with strategies to more effectively communicate the nuance and details of complex information to a varied audience, and participants will have the opportunity to practice during the workshop.
