I am primarily interested with intersectionality and the law. Specifically my research seeks to uncover the ways in which the law proliferates and exacerbates existing systems of inequality such as racism, classism, sexism, ableism, and sexual orientation discrimination. In doing so, my research not only attempts to highlight pitfalls in the law but also provide pathways to make the law more equitable.
