The Center Changes its Name to CLACS

We are delighted to announce that we are now the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies. After many consultations, we decided to change our name to be more inclusive of our excellent faculty working in the Caribbean, and to better align with our Latin American and Caribbean Studies major, minor, and graduate certificate. We have a great lineup of events about Latin America, the Caribbean, and their global diaspora this quarter, and we hope to see you at some of them! Please join us to kick off the quarter at the Churros y Chocolate reception this Wednesday at 5 pm in the Social Sciences Tea Room.
