Forrest Yoga is a system based on traditional practices adapted to modern society. Learn how deep breathing and a focus on feeling can create a sense of freedom in your body, increased vitality, and a deeper understanding of your self. All levels welcome - strength and flexibility are not required. All you need to bring is a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and respond honestly.
