Mail and Delivery
The Division’s Auxiliary Services Center distributes international, U.S., and intra-campus mail (Faculty Exchange) for six mailrooms. The Center receives and secures packages from express and other delivery companies. An interdepartmental messenger service delivers priority documents Monday-Friday with specific stops starting at 10:30 am to noon. Other services include distributing paychecks and advices, taking reservations for two lounges in the division, and assorted other basic administrative services.
Room Reservations
The primary vehicle for reserving rooms in the University for speakers, events, etc. is to access SANDI on the Registrar's web-site. The Dean's Office, Auxiliary Services Center and each department within the division also take reservations for rooms that each control.
