Division of the Social Sciences Conference Travel Reimbursement Program

The Division provides travel reimbursement to faculty attending a professional conference. To qualify, the faculty member must present a paper or serve on a panel at the conference.

Reimbursement is limited to one trip per year per faculty member. The Division will cover the cost of domestic coach fare for faculty, assuming that advanced planning is taken to obtain the least expensive airfare.  The maximum reimbursement for airfare to conferences outside of the United States is $500. For Associate and Assistant Professors, the Division will also reimburse up to $250 of receipted other expenses.
