Insurance

Health insurance coverage is mandatory for all registered students. During the time you are registered at the University, you are required to enroll in either the U-SHIP Basic or Advantage or waive enrollment by providing evidence that you have coverage in a health insurance plan that is comparable to the plan. The University Student Health Insurance Plan (U-SHIP) is underwritten by United HealthCare Insurance Company, and is administered by UnitedHealthcare StudentResources. Unless you make a U-SHIP coverage selection or waive U-SHIP enrollment during the enrollment period, you will be automatically enrolled in the U-SHIP Basic plan and the Office of the Bursar will bill you accordingly.

For more information, visit Student Health Insurance.
