Do you have a strong interest in the Library? Are you willing to share your opinions about Library services, collections and spaces with a group of students and library administrators? If so, please consider serving on the Library Student Resource Group (LSRG). The LSRG meets twice each quarter, and serves as a formal channel of communication between students and the Library administration. The Group discusses the collections and services provided through all of the University's campus libraries and the present and future needs of the student community; assists in making specific recommendations to improve the Library; and considers proposals for future changes in services. We are currently searching for 3 graduate students (1 from the Humanities Division, 1 from the Social Sciences Division, and 1 from the Physical Sciences Division) and 2 more students from the professional schools (the Harris School, the Booth School, the Law School and/or SSA) to serve on the Library Student Resource Group. For more information about the LSRG, interested individuals can consult the group's Web page, which includes links to previous agendas and meeting minutes, as well as contact Jim Vaughan, Assistant Director for Access & Facilities, JRL 180, 702-8351, j-vaughan@uchicago.edu. - ID & Privileges Office Offers More Than ID Cards
